Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, please reach out to our support team and we'll do everything we can to help. We offer a 90-day return window on all orders, subject to the terms outlined below.

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we offer a full refund. Claims must be reported promptly upon receipt and supported with clear photo or video evidence.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The order must have been purchased directly from our official store.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 55 days after the guaranteed delivery period (35 days) has expired, or within 90 days of delivery, whichever applies.
- All return requests require prior authorization. Please contact luhxetravelbag@gmail.com to initiate a return.
- All approved returns must be sent to our designated return facility as provided by our support team.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping labels are not automatically provided.
- Customers cover return shipping costs for non-defective items.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or deemed ineligible for refund.
Restocking Fee
For non-defective returns:
- A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount paid, including original shipping fees.
- Once your return is received and approved, 80% of your original payment will be refunded to your original payment method.
This fee covers handling, inspection, and processing costs associated with returned merchandise.
Refund Processing
Refund Method: All refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Refund Timeline:
- PayPal: Refunds typically appear immediately after processing
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3–5 business days, depending on your financial institution
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours.
Important Clarifications
- The 90-day return window refers to your eligibility to request a return and does not waive restocking or shipping fees.
- A 100% refund applies only to items confirmed as damaged or defective upon delivery.
- Discounted offers, partial refunds, or promotional resolutions are optional goodwill gestures and do not override this policy.

Refused Deliveries or Return to Sender
If an order is refused at the time of delivery and returned to sender:
- A 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Refunds will only be processed after the item is returned to our facility and confirmed to be in its original, unused condition.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
- It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to accept delivery at the provided shipping address.
Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change.
- Cancellation Window: Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of placement.
- How to Cancel: Please contact us at luhxetravelbag@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Orders cannot be canceled after 6 hours, as they may already be in processing or fulfillment.
Refund Confirmation
Once your refund has been processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with transaction details. This email serves as proof of refund for your records.
