FREE SHIPPING

We're delighted to offer free shipping to our customers as part of our commitment to great value and service. Orders are shipped from our warehouses in the USA via USPS and from Asia via EMS.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

We proudly offer international shipping services to over 200 countries. However, there are some locations we're unable to ship to. If you're ordering from one of these restricted areas, we'll contact you promptly to discuss alternative options.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or undelivered due to an incorrect address provided during checkout. Please ensure that your billing and shipping address are accurate before completing your order. If an error occurs on our end, we will take full responsibility and reship your original order at no additional charge.

INCORRECT ADDRESS POLICY

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses at the time of purchase.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a 20% restocking fee will be applied, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

If your package is still in transit and marked as undeliverable, you may provide an alternative address for rerouting. An additional $20 shipping fee will apply.

P.O. BOX ADDRESS POLICY

Please note that we strongly discourage the use of P.O. Box addresses as your shipping destination.

While we make every effort to ensure successful delivery of all orders, P.O. Boxes are not always supported by our delivery partners, which may result in failed deliveries, delays, or returned shipments.

Important Notice:

If you choose to enter a P.O. Box address, you assume full responsibility for any delivery issues that may occur.

We are not liable for lost, missing, or undelivered packages sent to P.O. Box addresses.

Refunds, replacements, or reshipments will not be provided for orders affected by the use of a P.O. Box.

To ensure smooth and successful delivery, we highly recommend providing a valid physical street address when placing your order.

CUSTOMS

We are not responsible for any customs fees or import duties once items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge that one or more packages may be shipped to you and that customs fees may be assessed when they arrive in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping times vary by location. Below are our estimates:

  • United States: 4–10 business days
  • Canada, Europe: 4–10 business days
  • UK, Australia, New Zealand: 4–10 business days
  • Central & South America: 7–12 business days
  • Asia: 7–12 business days
  • Africa: 7–12 business days

Maximum delivery time is 12 business days.

Please note: These estimates do not include our 2–5 day processing time and exclude any clearance or customs delays.

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships. Please note that in some cases, due to free shipping arrangements, tracking information may not be available.

"NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE" ON TRACKING

For some shipping carriers, it can take 2–5 business days for tracking information to update in the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no tracking information available, please contact us at luhxetravelbag@gmail.com.

PACKAGE DELIVERY

For logistical reasons, items from the same order may sometimes be sent in separate packages. This helps us get your items to you as quickly as possible.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION POLICY

Please be aware that once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we no longer have control over its handling or delivery. At that point, responsibility for the package is transferred to the logistics provider.

Once a tracking number indicates that an order has been Delivered, we are no longer liable for any missing packages. It is your responsibility to monitor tracking updates and ensure someone is available to receive the package at the shipping address.

To support transparency and timely communication, we collect phone numbers at checkout. This enables carriers to contact you directly in case of delivery issues.

If an order is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly for further assistance.

We also recommend checking with household members, neighbors, or your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but has not been received.
